Royal Locksmith Store is just AMAZING! I can’t thank these guys enough. Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Pleasant Hill. However, Gary from Royal Locksmith Store was so understanding! Not only did he arrive at my place quickly but he also listened intently to me rambling on and on about how the keys had been stolen. He cheered me up, reassured me that no one was going to misuse those keys and rekeyed the locks.

Now, I don’t know how I could make up for all the trouble I put these guys through. Perhaps, this review would be a consolation! I needed a lock change and I shifted my schedule several times. The technician from Royal Locksmith Store visited my property, waited for extended periods and when I couldn’t keep my end of the appointment, he had to visit my property again. I finally made it and apologized profusely! When I received the final bill, I expected them to charge for the visits they’ve made, but they didn’t! Thank you so much for being so patient with me! Highly recommend them! Royal Locksmith Store has got great reputation and they’ve lived every bit up to it! FIVE STARS!! Will definitely call them on 937-343-1562 again..

I simply must share this one! Best experience I had with these guys over at Royal Locksmith Store! I needed to replace a busted deadbolt right away. I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? Somehow I landed up on http://www.PleasantHill.Royal-Locksmith-Store.com, which offered 24/7 service. I heaved a sigh of relief and called them up. I didn’t even care much for the pricing, as all I cared about was the safety of my property. But the dispatcher insisted on stating my problem and gave me an upfront price right over phone! Wow! John came over within a few minutes and replaced the lock with a new one. I couldn’t believe that the cost for the new lock, the call-out fees and the installation charges barely added up to $60. Definitely opting for Royal Locksmith Store again! And I recommend that you give them a try too if you happen to live in Pleasant Hill!
