Very friendly and understanding! John from Capitol Locksmith Service waited for nearly twenty minutes outside my door when I couldn’t keep up my appointment. I apologized profusely but he merely smiled it off and got down to work. He was done within ten minutes. Though I’d wasted his time, he didn’t charge me anything for the wait time and merely took his service fee. Easily, the best locksmith in Springfield, MA 01104. FIVE stars!

After being asked time and again by my wife about getting the locks replaced on the front door, I finally ran out of excuses. Locksmiths were expensive, and having just lost a job, it was difficult as it was to make ends meet. But she did have a point, home security was important! And so I finally decided to get it done.. A few hours of web surfing later, I chose Capitol Locksmith Service based on the positive reviews enlisted online. And I must say, all those delays and fear of being slapped with a heavy bill turned out to be pointless. Capitol Locksmith Service charged me fifty bucks for a job that would have cost me over a hundred elsewhere. Economical pricing! Perfect for the budget-conscious people in Springfield! Give them a try!! FIVE STARS for their affordability!
