We had one-of-a-kind metal doors guarding the street entrance to our building. There was a problem with the door locks which refused to lock due to a misalignment. I had called a locksmith from a store nearby, who had no success in fixing it, if possible he only made it even worse. Anchor Locksmith Store came out within a few minutes of calling (18 minutes to be precise), assessed the problem, put in new hardware, fixed the alignment – all in about half an hour. And the charges? Believe it or not, it actually cost me 50 bucks less than what the other guy charged me as call-out fee.

I’d been away over two weeks on a trip and I returned home to find the lock on my door rusted shut! I had an appointment at 8 pm with Anchor Locksmith Store for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. I just dropped them a huge thank you email and am writing this review post that!
