Called Lock Key Store after the regular guy I used to hire denied service due to some reason. John is great! A professional through and through! He arrived quick, and had great recommendations for the new locks I needed installed in my premises. They had only the best products and the rates were definitely lower than what the other locksmith would have charged me! The entire job took John only about an hour. He went out of his way to explain the difference between the old and new locks and even gave me a few tips regarding their maintenance. You get the complete package with Lock Key Store! I’m never hiring any other locksmith again! If I ever need locksmith services in Gates Mills, I’ll call John from Lock Key Store!!! These guys are the best!

Just thought I’d take a moment to add on to the mountain of good reviews for Lock Key Store. When my 2-year old baby was locked inside the car, Lock Key Store’s prompt service was my savior. I’m so thankful to these guys for being right on time and so adept at their job. They opened up the lock in about 5 seconds and didn’t even damage my car or the lock in the process! New locks meant greater expenditure and I was short on cash. I consulted Lock Key Store and they suggested that I opt for rekeying instead. Fixed an appointment with them that very day. They were right on time assessed the condition of the locks and determined their suitability for the procedure. All except for one, could be rekeyed. An outdated lock had to be replaced. I was happy with the prices offered on the service, as well as the new lock and gave them the nod. Thank you for getting the job done in a cost-efficient manner. Will hire again for all future locksmithing requirements! I recommend them to all in Gates Mills, OH 44040…
