Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Neighborhood Locksmith Store salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. It was dilapidated now and I needed a new one exactly like it, as it blended seamlessly with the rest of the home décor. Smartest guys I've ever met! Got my state of the art smart lock working again after a voltage surge had fried it. I thought I'll have to throw it away and get it replaced. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Neighborhood Locksmith Store after finding their number on http://www.OrangePark.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! It was the stuff thriller movies are made of, but when it happened to me, that’s when I felt the real heat of the moment. It was a dark dreary night and I had a long journey ahead. And although I wasn’t planning on it, after a point I just had to get out and stretch my legs. A gust of wind blew the door shut and I was left locked out of my own car. Every other house in the neighborhood had these ultra-modern high-tech locks on their doors – that is, every other house, except for mine! I wanted one too and called Neighborhood Locksmith Store to discuss the options, but Gary talked me out of it! He gave me all the reasons why such a lock was completely wrong for me…And yes, after he was done, I did agree with him.. Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in Orange Park, FL 32065. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis.
