The Worst of the worst! Terrible Owner but Great Salesman Chris! I purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS July 25 2023 and within 10 miles had to return it back to the dealer for locked up rear passenger brake caliper. Picked car up July 26 and within 10 miles I'm returning the car back to Exclusive Auto Brokers for the exact issue Locked up caliper on the driver rear side! Again picked up the car on July 27 2023 and it's throwing a code for O2 sensor that was replaced July 26 2023 and returned to Exclusive Auto Brokers July 31 2023! This dealership sold me a lemon! Not only that the owner Ryan Lowrey personally sold me this vehicle July 25 2023 and his service writer will lie like a dirty rug for him! The dealership won't even offer a rental or reimbursement for Uber/Lyft! Stay away from Exclusive Auto Brokers they are not a reputable dealer!
