I would highly recommend using FCI for your flooring needs. I contacted them online and scheduled an in-home estimate for the following day. Al promptly arrived, took all the measurements, and gave me a quote on the spot. It was a bit higher than I expected, but I told him I was waiting for a few other estimates. He didn't pressure me at all into making any decisions. In fact, he was very patient and accomedating to my needs. I was blown away when other companies estimates came in higher because the other estimates were for lower-quality material, thinner padding, and installation that would take longer. With FCI, I got it faster, cheaper, and with better materials. On the scheduled install date, David, promptly arrived to do the installation. After a quick walkthrough of the house, he got right to work. His experience showed through the efficacy of his work... which the results look amazing. He was also very friendly and super polite. I cannot thank Al and David enough for their hard work and the wonderful job they performed. I'm very happy with the results and will use FCI again in the future.
