I hired Freddy Alvarez to complete several projects in my house. Freddy not only lacks attention to details but he also placed a Mechanical Lien on my property after he was unsuccessful in trying to extort an addition $5,000 above the his original quote from me. During my final walkthrough, I noted several items that Freddy missed. He said he would correct the issues but failed to do so which delayed my ability to list my property. Frustrated I had to hire another contractor to clean up Freddy's sloppy work. Bottom line is that I would not recommend Feddy nor would I hire him again.
