If I had to sum up my experience with Metro Master Locksmith in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Metro Master Locksmith on 912-225-3082 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. Excellent work! Got my hopeless smart lock up and running in no time. It’s only a temporary fix. Gary from Metro Master Locksmith clearly told me that the lock I’d purchased from the hardware store wasn’t the real thing and advised me to change it as soon as I have the money for a new lock. The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Metro Master Locksmith to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric.
