If I had to sum up my experience with Metro Master Locksmith in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself.
I called Metro Master Locksmith on 912-225-3082 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! Thanks to Metro Master Locksmith, I didn’t have to throw the lock out!!! Will definitely call them in future for suggestions and other lock upgrades! BEST SERVICE in Bloomingdale! Give it a shot, highly recommend it!

I don’t know what to say! I’m writing this review out of sheer gratitude! These guys at Metro Master Locksmith saved my job! I lost the combination to my office safe and there were important files locked within that I needed to present to my boss by noon. The only thing I could do then was look online for help and landed up on http://www.Bloomingdale.Metro-Master-Locksmith.com. All it took was 30 minutes for them to get the safe opened up, and reconfigure it! Extremely thankful to you guys! And the best part - my boss had no knowledge of the mess I’d made for he got the files he needed right on time J ! Metro Master Locksmith- you’re the best in Bloomingdale!

I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. However, the locksmith didn’t show up. Thankfully, despite not making an advance appointment, Anderson form Metro Master Locksmith somehow managed to squeeze me into his schedule and got there within half an hour. Good service! He discussed all the options with me before proceeding and also explained the difference between my old cylinder lock and the one he was installing ( without me asking).
Overall, I think their service is great and I would feel 100% comfortable calling them again if I ever needed a locksmith in Bloomingdale again!
