Perfectionists! That’s the only way I could describe John and his amazing team from Galaxy Locksmith Store. The security guard had failed to turn up at the office that day and hadn’t handed out the keys to anyone. That meant, all the employees were locked out of the premises. Thankfully, I called Galaxy Locksmith Store and they arrived right on time to open up the lock. If not for them, I would have had to send the employees back home and lose an entire day’s work. Ok, here’s everything you need to know about Galaxy Locksmith Store. They’re talented, committed, dedicated, honest and to sum it all up, they’re awesome! I know this because I’ve hired technicians from Galaxy Locksmith Store nearly 6 times and they’ve managed to stun me every time by being punctual, getting the job done with finesse and offering flat rates on the services. Now, that’s what you call the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It’s no wonder that Galaxy Locksmith Store had all these great reviews online. After being tricked by the hardware store into getting cheap copy keys made, one week later one of the copy keys broke within the lock! It aggravated me beyond words! It was 9 pm then and I was worried there would be no one around for help, but clearly, I was worrying for nothing! I spoke to Jones from Galaxy Locksmith Store who assured me of prompt assistance. Sure enough, he got there within minutes and removed the pieces still lodged within the lock, careful not to damage anything in the process. He explained how the cheap materials used to make the key couldn’t withstand usage (Usage??? I’d barely used it for a week! ) That’ll teach me never to fall for cheap stuff again! Despite being late, Jones was nice enough to make new good-quality keys for me! Would recommend Galaxy Locksmith Store to all my friends, family, co-workers! Surely, they’re the best in Mequon! You should try them out!
