Plummer called me to fix our problem (no choice in scheduling, he just expected me to be ready for the appointment without a heads up) I was at work. I took off work to be at the appointment immediately he said he would head over too. After 3 hours of the Plummer ignoring my calls, he texted saying we would have to reschedule. After calling them back the past 3 days I have still not heard from them. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The problem is still not resolved.
