I am the owner of a commercial building products supply company with a national footprint. For 30 years I worked primarily with AJW when they manufactured only washroom accessories. Since AJW has been under new ownership for the last ten years, their service and product offerings have driven significant growth for my business. I don't usually post accolades for a specific manufacturer as I work with many other manufacturers who perform well for my team and do a good job for my company. Many of the companies that I work with say that they lead with service as their top priority. However, when it comes to addressing service related issues, we are most often ignored and when we do get a response, we find ourselves in a circle of blame. Quality products, service, and performance is the biggest driver for the health of my bottom line. Poor service costs my company tremendous money and precious time. When we are caught in a loop of trying to resolve any issue, it prevents my team from completing the job on time, which carries poor service to the next company counting on us. AJW isn't flawless but their service is second to none. AJW is by a large margin the best service company in the industry. If you are a commercial building products supplier, I highly recommend AJW. A recent issue for a project supplied by AJW is the reason for this post. With any other company, we would have lost tens of thousands of dollars due to poor service. AJW - Incredible - Great Work.
