We went to Keith for our 2021 taxes. After filing with him, our tax advisor noticed that he did not fill them out correctly. We went back to Keith who amended the copy and said that he was going to mail them at the Post Office himself. After months of no correspondence from Keith or IRS, I called IRS directly and they said they did not have any amended copy. We had contacted Keith via phone, text and letter in the mail, and received to response. We then went to Keith's office directly and got the paperwork to send in ourselves. After months of processing, our 2021 taxes finally got finalized in Oct. of 2024 with fines and penalties of $1800. Keith has not returned by calls or given us any compensation for his mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
