I had a terrible experience with this business. Despite extensive discussions about the work to be done (exterior house trim), including how his estimate was a better offer than others I received, Jason wrote his Bid to include a limited amount of work. He asked for twice the initial deposit. When I realized we didn't agree on work to be completed, he refused to refund my deposit. We ended up in small claims court, a case that I won. Even then Jason refused to comply with court orders. Just prior to a contempt-of-court hearing, Jason finally paid what was owed. Be very careful about hiring thus guy. Make sure you agree on all the details in advance, and do NOT pay an upfront deposit.
