Very bad experience with True Plumbing. It was a cold winters night and a pipe froze in our house - we called Louis at 4:30pm, and he said $350 for the job. He arrived at 10pm, had trouble locating the pipe and took him hours, he cut holes in my walls and didn’t clean up, and he finally left at 1:30am - and slammed me with a $750 bill. My eyes nearly fell out of my head!! He said $350 was just “to come out”. Well, if that is your policy, you need to quote it that way...or at least let someone know throughout the job that the total is adding up. He left my house a mess and didn’t have the expertise. Would never recommend. Run far, far away from Louis at True Plumbing.
