If I could give this company a minus zero I would. I hired this company July 1, 2021 to do a complete renovation on a property in NW, DC under the HUD 203k renovation loan. What was suppose to be a six month project turned into a 20 month project and then the CEO of Alltecs Dawnta Million quits with absolutely nothing completed in the house. To add insult to injury he threatens to put a mechanics lien on the property. After speaking with a few of the subcontractors Dawnta Million used on the property I found out he didn't pay his subcontractors for their work after he already received 4 payments under the 203k loan. I would encourage the subcontractors to sue him and get their money and I would be more than happy to testify on their behalf. I would never recommend this company for anything save yourself the time and frustration and go with another company.
