Quality comes first, and I learnt this the hard way. The cheap key I got made from the hardware store broke off in the lock within a week. That’s when I hired Los Altos CA Locksmith Store. I’ve heard a lot about them. But did they live up to the hype? I must say, they definitely did! Gary managed to extract the broken pieces from the lock carefully to avoid causing any damage to it. He then made two new keys within 15 minutes. As I held the keys, I could make out the excellent workmanship on it, and could tell that the material used was of high quality. And the prices? Compared to other locksmiths and hardware stores in Los Altos, CA, the prices seem low! If you’re a stickler for quality, call them on 650-338-3867 - you won’t be disappointed!!!

Swift and quality work! Dave from Los Altos CA Locksmith Store rekeyed a total of eight locks in less than an hour and handed over the new set of keys. What’s more, Dave agreed to work after all the employees had left so that my business would not be interrupted. Considerate locksmiths who truly value customer satisfaction! From a one-time customer, I’m sure they’ve now earned themselves a recurring one, since I’ll be calling them for all locksmithing needs in the near future. FIVE STARS! I wasn’t sure how well they’d perform, since it was the first time I was hiring Los Altos CA Locksmith Store. I needed the locks rekeyed and the usual guy I hire was out of town. Let me put it this way: If I’d known about them earlier, I would have never considered hiring anyone else. Very professional, quick, friendly and affordable! From the manner in which they handled my call to the completion of the task, I could notice perfection in it all. From now on, Los Altos CA Locksmith Store is my go-to locksmith in Los Altos, CA 94022 and I bet you can’t find anyone better!
