BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER (he will take your money and run)! We hired this plumber a few weeks ago after reading all the amazing reviews. We were eager to get our renovation rolling, and have now been waiting an entire month for him to do anything, which means all the other reno work has been on hold as well. When he quoted us, a fair price I will say, he gave a sob story about how he would need half of the cost up front so he could get some personal things in order and would start two days later. We were apprehensive about paying before the job started, but we also wanted to help out, so we paid him half ($1,000), and then Saturday (the first day of work) rolls around and we don't hear a peep from him. The following week, he finally calls us back and says he was sick, but will start the next weekend... again, no call, no show; he completely ghosts us. We have contacted him multiple times; and every time he would say that he would show up on specific days and then never show or answer our calls. I would NOT RECOMMEND this plumber to anyone! This has been going on since early January 2019 and we still have no plumbing at our reno and we are out $1,000.
