Recently had damage to power line mast from fallen tree as result recent storm. I called numerous electrical contractors, many who generally have great reviews and service BUT because they were all so overwhelmed as result storm damages everywhere in DFW most would not make efforts to come provide estimate or EVEN return my calls. Jack at EPICAL answered EVERY time I called, had a man (Christian) here within hours to help. Christian was professional, fair and insightful to my needs. We quickly agreed on a great price and he had guys out here EARLY a day later. They did the job quickly, efficiently and properly. They were also VERY professional & gracious!
