We used S&S Foundation and Framing for the renovation of our 1800 sqft house in Glendale. The project involved removal of several load bearing walls, new shear walls, retrofit of the foundation, and several new beams placed throughout the house. Not only did they provide outstanding work, Simon and his crew are overall great people to work with. They are hard working, kind, and very knowledgable. Simon was very flexible when we made several changes throughout the project. Pricing was reasonable too. Construction is a very tough business, and many people have bad experiences with their GC, especially for home remodels. However, Simon's easy going nature and his team's hard working attitude made all the difference.
