The passion and inspiration of this marinade stems from a deep love of traditional family cooking.
Traveling throughout India allowed me to indulge myself in different flavors and tastes. I wanted to infuse flavors that would allow the marinade to please and incorporate the western palate. After countless years, I am pleased to have refined my marinade to what you are enjoying today.
