We are a local, family owned, farm to fork meal preparation company with a background in fitness. We source local ingredients to make the best meals. Our vision is to serve our community by providing nutritious, flavor packed meals and recipes that adults and children will love. Our goal is to connect people with their food by sourcing as many of our ingredients as possible from local farmers. We have a strong desire to impact our community in a positive way by supporting only local businesses whenever possible, reducing our carbon footprint and drain on the environment as much as is feasible, reducing food and packaging waste, and by giving back to people who are hurting in our community. As we support your family achieve your goals for a healthy and more balanced life, you are supporting our family and so many others in our community.
