Artisan Master Crafted Seasonings Founder Gary Abel created Cowboy Spice Company over 30 years ago. I cook in a lot of charity cook offs and I was not wining any awards. I was not happy with the seasoning I cooked with off the shelves. So I took a blending class and after that I set out to create an amazing seasoning that is sweet with a touch of heat. These ingredients were created after mixing several ingredients over a period time. Only the very best ingredients are added to my Sweet Heat seasoning formula which makes it Sweet with a touch of heat seasoning that has several ingredients that very few experts know about. It’s called balance blending. The most difficult thing to master in making any food taste amazing!
