critters were supposed to be excluded from my property... they are not. i started working with this company in Dec. the man i'd been working with stopped responding in Feb, and has since been been deployed. when Justin quit responding, i contacted Josh, the man who wrote the quote. i asked Josh to please come back and finish the job. he told me the job was completed.
