I am extremely disappointed with Patrick kochenour, owner of pro active located in palm harbor , along with Sue Elverson, president of fox chase. There arrogance, SELECTIVE enforcement, incompetence and mismanagement over the years have caused the fox chase fees to skyrocket with no corresponding improvement in services due to there deceitful and frivolous law suites where they caused the fox chase owners, tens of thousands of dollars of FOX CHASES money to be wasted on lawyers and settlements over a tenants ac unit. There integrity is abysmal. It's clear the owner, president and management team are out of their depth. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.
question? Do the tenants know what happened to all that money you had to pay out for your legal bills, tenants new ac , tenants legal bill and final settlement for loss of rent to the owner?
