The owner came out and fixed the problem for my very old furnace. I had tried to youtube the issue as the pilot light would come on but the furnace would not fire up. So I youtubed "if that's a word" multiple issues as the gas was not coming into the system. Come to find out my system was so old that there is a trip switch located inside the furnace that was "popped up". He came and pressed the button and the furnace started up within 30 seconds. I lost the trip charge money so he stayed around for an hour and checked other potential issues such as the coils, wiring and compressor voltage/wattage as everything else checked out fine. It was a good experience because he provided some product knowledge before accepting payment. I would recommend this business to anyone within the area to service your HVAC system. I guess you could stamp "DUNCE" on my forehead as I wish he could have told me over the phone about the trip sensor to save us both time and money. I understand that homeowners are trying to save money and AC Denco is trying to make money so I would recommend to press all buttons on your system and call for a professional after doing initial diagnostics. Elliott is a nice guy by the way. In a few years after my 1989 furnace goes out, I wouild use AC Denco to install a newer one.
