The worst experience ever with SVM Heating INC UBI 603579497, 9114 4th Ave W Everett WA 98204. We had SVM Heating's representative, Valeriy Sernetskyy (425) 829-0231. He came over for an estimate back in July 2022. After we agreed with the price and equipment, they intended to install (4,5 ton air handler and 4,5 ton heat pump, removing old duct system and install new) and we scheduled the installation. First of all, they installed the furnace upside down and instead of the blowing air from the ducts, we got air intake. Then they fixed it, after I noticed it and asked them to install it correctly. After the job was completed, they increased the price we discussed before. Then, I have checked the duct insulation quality and was surprised (they didn't insulate it at all, saying "we just installed new stuff and do not insulate; it's your house, so you need to take care of it". After 2 months of using it I have noticed that they mixed up the ducts from 1st and 2nd floors (we have 2 zones system, upper and lower), when I turn on the 2nd floor zone, one of the 1st ducts is still blowing air. I contacted them about 5 times during the 30 days trying to have them fix it. They agreed to fix it, but never did. After temperatures below 15F in November, I figured that "emergency heat" mode doesn't work. I contacted them 5 times more during the month with request to fix it, but no luck. By the end of November, I received my electrical bill which went up to 400$. I started checking the model and specification of the equipment they installed, and figured that they installed 3 tons furnace and heat pump instead of 4,5. Now I am in process of filing a claim to a small court case. Do not hire them, they are shady scammers.
