Realty Warehouse is the worst They are in the practice of offering false hope to homeowners in distress. My experience was a nightmare and due to their lack of common decency I lost thousands of dollars. I contracted with them to do a short sale and then moved out of state. Every phone call was met with Its being worked Imagine my surprise and distress when I found out that not only was my house not being worked on but they failed to secure the house while fully aware that the house was vacant. They also failed to provide what should have been reasonable and customary care and the house ended up in a total state of disrepair. By the time I found out that Realty Warehouse had no intention of attempting negotiations with my lender it was extremely late in the game. I was forced to file bankruptcy and though I did try securing another short sale with a reputable broker it was too little too late. This is not for the buyer to beware- this is for sellers to beware. Additionally this is the 3rd posting of this same review as the owner of Realty Warehouse requested supporting documentation of my marketplace interaction with this business, which I provided by way of a text Mr. Ashley sent to my wife which was included a thinly veiled threat of legal action. If there had not been any marketplace interaction with this company - why then would the owner have texted my wife? I do wish there had been a better resolution to my particular situation but I will not be intimidated into retract
