Do not use this dealer. I bought a SVL65 from this dealer. It needed service and has been at this dealer for 3 months. I call every few days to find out the status of the repair. I have heard he is pulling it in the bay next, he is working on it, the parts came in and yours is next, he is on vacation, should be done in a day or two. Then today I was told he hasn't started on it. 3 months I have been without my unit and they haven't started it. I just purchased a kx040 from another dealer. Do not give this dealer your money. If they can't service the units they shouldn't sell it.
