They lied to my Home warranty company about the condition of my AC unit. They told them I needed updates to bring my system in compliance with code (City of Norman Building inspector said this is a lie) and they also reported that the unit required modifications totaling $469 before they would even do any service. The warranty company took them at their fraudulent word and I was forced to pay this money before work would even start. Took almost 6 months for repairs to be completed and I am unable to test as it is now the dead of Winter. Every time I request documentation for work done they tell me to talk to the Warranty company and the Warranty company tells me to get the info from them. They constantly hang up the phone on my when I question them and are extremely rude. Use them at your own Peril
