They were hired to restore a loss of water at our property. For $2k, they did just that and four months later it failed again. After replacing the second burned out well pump, they realize there is a ruptured pressure tank that has been damaging our pumps from the get go. They have never quoted us for a complete repair. Instead, they tried to wipe their hands of their initial oversight, and placed responsibility on the consumer. Very poor practices...
