They came out on a home warranty claim, and did manage to get the ac up and running I do have a soft start system on my ac for over a year prior. This supports the ac to run with the whole home generator. The technican told my wife he did not know what thr boxes were for and disconnected them. They refused to return my call., and when the warranty people made the call they told them the.soft start was wired incorrectly. It worked when we did the initial installation test, and during 2 power outage as well. Do not recommend this company period.....

Very Unprofessional Company. There was no communication (I called several times) No Call Back or Resolution. The Technician let me know the AC was totally burned out, took my money and did not follow-up. Totally Unacceptable and Very Unprofessional. I don't even recommend 1 Star.
