I started researching the correlation between what we eat and put on our skin and our health. What I discovered was shocking. I made changes, and I'm healthier and happier than ever and feel amazing. Now I help people get healthy inside and out so they can feel their best, too. I believe in cancer research, but now I'm on the side of cancer and disease prevention. When we know more, we can make better choices. And, what's right for one person isn't necessarily right for someone else. There is no, "one-size-fits-all," but there are some things everyone should avoid. It is my goal to educate as many people as possible why what we eat and put on our skin matters.
