Stay Away, unless you want to over pay. I am very disappointed with the C&G Maintenance Handyman service. He intentionally changed me more than what the job caused. I feel he knows how to get paid by the warranty staff and the clients. I do not believe his work warrants $65 service and $80 paid to him from me. He did not give a receipt, and he intentionally did not disclose how much he would charge upfront. That's just my experience! Here is the email from Choice Warranty. Is paying an additional $80 fair? Remember I paid a deductible of $65, Choice Warranty is going to pay him, and he changed me an additional $80. Thank you for your recent claim submission. Based on the information provided to us by you and the Service Provider(s) assigned to your claim, it has been determined that the toilet wax ring replacement was approved. Additionally, the toilet flange is cracked due to physical damage. This does not constitute a normal wear and tear failure. Please refer to section A2 of your policy. Your policy has the following exclusion, all systems must become inoperative due to normal wear and tear. We understand that this may be disappointing news for you.
