My Family and I have been following Mr. Byrd and Trailwood Travels for about 3 years now and we were planning on Utilizing his company this upcoming year for our Family Reunion in June of 2020. But from what I’ve seen on his Facebook page (Personal and Business) Demetrius Byrd is NOT a good person. He is on his FB page bashing people and that was a Red Flag for me and my Family. We believe that having a Business should be ran as such a Business and he is showing a very unprofessional, Rude, Immature and not business minded on his page and for That we will go to another Reputable company in the triad area to render our services for our reunion 2020. If all possible Stay AWAY FROM TRAILWOOD TRAVELS MR. Byrd the owner he is a Snake. I’ve seen that people have been complaining for years about Refunds and it is all over his BBB. Please look up this company before you think about using them. He say he is a Professional but surely isn’t showing it. I’m so happy I did my research before I contacted him for Charter bus services for our trip. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM MR. Demetrius BYRD AND TRAILWOOD TRAVELS. Mr. Byrd if you can see this just know that people are watching you and you must carry yourself in a professional manner at all times because what you are displaying now is Foolishness and I’m so glad we dodged this bullet.

When you publicly ask him for the refund, he deletes the facebook posts and blocks you.
