March 2021 They are the worst property management I've ever had in my life. They are unprofessional, defensive, get mad when you request maintenance and do not repair anything properly. Ryan the owner says he's been a GC for 15 years, that means nothing, anyone can get a contractor license. We had a major water leak, they did not bring a dehumidifier in for two days, that was Feb 15th 2021, Ryan the owner did not come by the apartment until Feb 26 2021. he was adamant there was no mold and was going to do nothing. I told him I had filed a complaint with SDCI so he then said he would get a mold test, which came back positive and said the premises must be vacated. by that time we had decided to be released from our lease and move since it was causing health issues and they never offered to move us temporarily to repair the water damage. There were other issues as well, everything with them is treated so unprofessional, there are never any solutions, they don't like to be bothered so if you move there don't put in any maintenance requests, they'll tell you nothing is wrong and won't fix it until you mention the Fair Housing Act; they have very poor attitudes. Never once did we get an apology for the stress we had to endure, especially due to the water leak and mold issue - treated it like a normal tenant move out, which is was not. do yourself a favor, KEEP LOOKING!
