Edwin came to give us an estimate but did not follow through. He did not provide a quote and did not respond to repeated requests via text and phone even days after our initial meeting. We don't have an issue with his not wanting the work - the issue we have is that he stopped responding to all communication and did not respond to repeated requests for a decision. If you don't want the work, please inform the customer - don't just ignore them. Very unprofessional.
