I used Brittany several times and was happy. My dog is large and has 5" long hair and takes extra time to groom, which I have ALWAYS paid extra for. After the visit today they told me she simply takes too much time and, though I'm more than willing to pay double for the double time it takes and visit more often to help keep the time it takes shorter, they have told me they won't groom her anymore unless I let them shave her hair down to 1" in length! As a business owner I would NEVER refuse service to a customer who was willing to pay for it.
