The first question the HR woman asked me during my interview is if I was married or had kids. I should have known at that moment something was very wrong with her education and experience in HR. Every interviewer on earth knows you cannot ask that question to an interviewer. In the beginning of your employment they will offer you a very low insulting salary, you will tell them no and where you need to be at and they will agree to match where you need to be with the intention of bringing down your salary after the first 90 days since you will start to begin making commissions. Do not agree to this. Actually do not agree to employment with them at all. Because regardless of what you agree on with the contract, they will make something up later in your employment even if you are meeting and exceeding your numbers just to fire you to save money. They do this on purpose with every marketer that starts working for them. They use you to build up the territory and then have a lower wage marketer come in and take over when you're gone. This company should be reported for what they put people through. It's scary how they manipulate the system and manage their "businesses". People are harassed by management to keep everything a secret so they do not lose their jobs. Management manages your day to day down to the minute, you must report that to them daily and if you do not they will fire you, regardless if you're hitting your quota. No 401k, no employee stock purchase plan. They do not compensate for printing or EZ-Tag costs. They limit the marketing material that you need to do your job efficiently and effectively. Little to no vacation time for new employees, you have to put in 6 months just for 3 days off. They will reduce your pay because they can't afford your worth. The title management/manager does not equal leadership. Leadership is something that cannot be trained, leadership comes from within and they are very much lacking it because they are in it for themselves. They hire and fire for their benefit. Very poor infusion training. There is no room to grow or advance within the company. There are no CRM systems or efficient technology to record activities and prospect opportunities except for Badger and there is no training over the system. Record every interaction with management, they will find anything to make a case to fire you and not allow unemployment pay out even though they say they will. Very Important: If they tell you that they are terminating your employment and they give you the option to resign with pay for another month or terminate your self so you can apply for unemployed, chose to resign!! If you terminate yourself with the intention of filing for unemployment they will deny your unemployment till the end. Absolutely horrible, disgusting company. It sickens me that I worked for such people.
