Had them to make my master bathroom a.d.a compliant. They redid my master bathroom floor with tiles and told me my floor joists made it uneven but I wouldn't notice when they done. I said my other floor wasn't uneven (he said it was I just didn't notice it) but I noticed his tile work it has uphill and downhill slopes he said the tiles was reason they are rectangular but if he knew that he couldn't make it not noticeable why not say I can't do it instead continue on. I have a traumatic brain injury and don't like confrontation so I accept it but I have drop foot and it's up enough that it catches my toes when I walk on it barefoot so have to wear shoes on it. Then he did my shower floor with tiles and I didn't get to use the shower for awhile because it took awhile to get my door and when I got my door my shower won't drain,well it will drain out next day( I called him to see about getting it fixed but won't return my call.) Even though he signed paperwork through the v.a. Saying he would guarantee his work and craftsmanship for a yr. He did come back and fixed a area when the tiles came loose, but i still didn't know shower wouldnt drain at that time or maybe he would fix it. But since he won't return my call or attempt to fix it after 5 months don't think he will I even told a guy that works with him and he said he would tell him.
