absolutely horrible would give this man zero stars if i could. completely destroyed my whole apartment by bursting a water pipe and flooding the entire building. Unprofessional, rude and irresponsible. Now I have to deal with the biggest headache of my life because of him and he takes no accountability for his actions. Do yourself a favor and avoid yourself a headache. I wish I could go back in time and erase this catastrophe of a mistake.

I am sorry that you were not pleased with our services. I would like state that we did take accountability for our actions as we not only finished the job, but you also got $1,200 discounted from your original kitchen price to pay for the floor. Mistakes happen and we did give our apologies as well as compensation. If I'm not mistaken you also made a claim to the insurance of the company, so we didn't leave anything unsolved.
