Hello, here is an honest opinion from someone who visited the facility for the very first time, as a first shooter that already had some knowledge from friends, research, reading and videos. We were greeted by a lovely older woman, who instructed us to the kiosks for the waiver and video watching, when we returned we were serviced by a 30/40# gentleman of medium build who seemed like he had an attitude and was rude, a few times during our visit. We rented one lane, with one experience shooter and two other inexperienced shooters, myself being one of them. The gentleman handling the rental equipment was very nice and was very informative. The range officer in our bay was also very polite, informative and knowledgeable. He made the entire experience fantastic, and easy. Your sales area was merchandised well, clean and neat as was the entire facility.
