At the age of 19, He purchased his first home in Kirkland, WA. He have owned 32 Homes and prepared over 1000 homes to sell in the Pacific Northwest during his 40 year career. Joseph M. Vasquez I grew up on a farm just outside of Portland Oregon where I developed a strong work ethic milking Nubian goats every morning before going to school. At the young age of 17, I moved to the Seattle area and started my construction career in Redmond, Washington. I started working at ANCO roofing company when there was only one stoplight in downtown Redmond. I worked on a three man crew that installed roofing all over the puget sound area. Klaus, one of the roofing company's clients, was a German Master Craftsman. I noticed the neat and tidy detail with which Klaus preformed his work. I am thankful to have apprenticed under him for five and a half years. As a Master Craftsman’s apprentice, I learned all aspects of residential remodeling and construction repairs. My work in residential construction has included everything from lifting houses to landscaping. I learned how to perform a remodel to match the existing home, so it was not noticeable that the remodel or addition had been added later. When repairs are being done on a home in preparation to sell, I look through the eyes of a potential buyer and home inspector. Joseph is the proud single-father of three children. When he is not preparing homes to sell, they enjoy art, traveling, hiking and biking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
