We had a truly horrific experience with this contractor, and our review is hoping no other family has to go through the same ordeal. We contracted TNT to do a basement remodel. Every aspect of the construction job was shotty - from the newly created walls being uneven, electric not to code, floors installed poorly with bumps everywhere, ordering custom cabinets without our consent, paint being different sheens - and beyond that they damaged the exterior door. They refused to reply to any attempt to remedy the situation. We called the county to see what could be done - where the clerk informed us that they did not file their insurance with the county - which might explain their lack of response from us.
