Arundel put my home under contract and after 8 months we were set to close. Title company and the CEO James Ellis sent me a closing date and time. I went and was informed he didn't get funding. I lost over $20,000 on this contract. I contacted James Ellis and the title company to get my earnest money back and he refused to give me the money. This company is broke shady and does very bad business. Another bad contractor. Avoid
