Arundel put my home under contract and after 8 months we were set to close. Title company and the CEO James Ellis sent me a closing date and time. I went and was informed he didn't get funding. I lost over $20,000 on this contract. I contacted James Ellis and the title company to get my earnest money back and he refused to give me the money. This company is broke shady and does very bad business. Another bad contractor. Avoid I COULDN'T FIND A WAY TO RESPOND TO THIS SO I'LL DO IT HERE. YOU KEEP PLAYING ME AS THE BAD GUY. IN THIS REVIEW YOU STATED I WAITED TO LONG FOR MY EARNEST MONEY BUT IN THE REVIEW ON BIZAPEDIA YOU STATED YOU GAVE ME THE EARNEST MONEY. KEEP YOUR STORIES STRAIGHT IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD.
