Shawn, This is the second time you have written a nasty review. Now after two years you decide you need the earnest money that wasn't put up by you but by me so you begin writing nasty reviews again. No one took advantage of you. This transaction occurred two years ago. The title company reached out to you and I a few times and you never responded. The first time we have heard from you in that two years was yesterday. You were informed by me that the funding had fallen through as happens very often in real estate transactions. You were to receive a hold harmless agreement to facilitate the payment of the earnest money but you had already written an untrue review which negated a hold harmless. Your lack of understanding of real estate transactions and inability to respond in less than two years does not make everyone else at fault. The fault lies with you.
