Healing For The Heart
I am a renter that relocated to Waco. I had such an uncomfortable experience with this management company. First of all, I applied at a property located at 2701 Colonial ave, unit C, Waco, Tx 76707. I applied and was approved, my experience being a person of color, can't describe the feeling right now. All I can say, disappointed. Upon getting approved, I was given a set date to move-in, on the day of move-in there was a lockbox still on the unit. I reached out to the property management about removing the lockbox. I was given a maintenance number to call, because I am a person of color, the maintenance staff hung up on me. I called back on numerous occasions, the same day and no answer. All the tenants are Hispanics, even the maintenance that rudely hung up on me. All because, I was asking the lockbox to be removed. Please tell me, what property management company handle, a customer that is black in such an manner? I haven't received any refund back, it was only within a forty-eight hour time span, that I experience such horrible uncomfortableness. As, a renter, I wouldn't recommend leasing from this property management company that treat renters that are black in a very uncomfortable way because of the color of thieir skin.
