There is only one handicapped stall in the men’s restroom of the Missouri City Star Cinema location. I am a handicapped man who uses a wheelchair to get around, and I absolutely CAN NOT use any other stall! The past few times I needed to use the restroom, the handicapped stall was EITHER OCCUPIED BY SOMEONE WITHOUT A DISABILITY OR LOCKED FROM THE INSIDE WITH NOBODY IN IT! I am NOT SATISFIED with the Missouri City location! I’ve always had a bad experience at Star because of the bathroom situation!
