This guy Dan Rosman is a slumlord he should be in prison. This man is the biggest piece of trash on earth. There should be laws that protect people from monsters like this guy. Do not rent from him, all his places are health hazards if u ask him to fix anything he will just try to unjustly evict you. This man is delusional he has no respect for the people that give him his livelihood. He is a despicable human being and I cannot stress enough that u do NOT WANT TO RENT FROM THIS GUY HE WILL RUIN YOUR NAME. He rents to people he thinks cant fight back so they have to submit to his antics or be thrown in the street. He breaks laws and all business ethics. Run

I lived at this house for probably nine months this guy Danny who owns this place is such a slumlord to a T I swear to God every time I see this guy he's coked out of his mind he never wants to take responsibility for anything very unprofessional type person he doesn't want to take responsibility for nails glass being in the driveways the house floors sinking water leaking through the roof he's a slumlord to a T He's just sketchy he tries to get free money especially we Pay rent every month so this guy tells my wife that he should apply for the corona assistance that will get back money which in fact is not true he will just get all the money from back rent that we're saying we're not paying even though we did This guy is just a sketchy human being we live in a house is falling apart do doesn't touch one thing in the house doesn't care every time we come to him with concern he just tells us to leave if you ever get in bed with us corporation which is pretty much a guy in a Ford truck that's coked out of his mind I would say just run away
