Their painting and finishing skills are top notch. They can also find an obscure piece of hardware to repair the smallest item. Chris is very resourceful at solving problems efficiently and cost effectively. He has a lot of expertise in-house on his team regarding structural and contracting issues, and if a specialist is needed, he is very well networked and has fast access to highly skilled tradespeople at reasonable rates. Most of all, Chris is so responsive to his clients and really works with them to scope out the project on a time table and budget that works for the client.
